Frequently Asked Questions

• Do you charge for quotes?

No. Quotes are free, with no obligation. Hayden will come and take a look at your job and talk through what it involves before you decide anything.

• Is HD Contracting Solutions insured?

Yes. HD Contracting Solutions carries insurance for the work carried out on your property, so you can have peace of mind while the job is underway.

• How quickly can I get a quote?

Hayden usually gets back to you within a day or two of your enquiry. He likes to visit the site first so he can give you an accurate price, rather than guessing over the phone.

• What happens if it rains on the day of my job?

Hayden keeps an eye on the weather and will get in touch if a booked job needs to be moved. Rain can affect ground conditions and safety, so he'd rather reschedule than risk a poor result on your property.

• How long has HD Contracting Solutions been operating?

Hayden has over 14 years of experience in earthmoving and contracting, and has built HD Contracting Solutions on word of mouth and repeat clients across Whangarei and Northland.
